i remember kuting beach. i first visited the place sometime in 1998 during the time when the name Engr. Robert Castañares “surfaced” in the political arena in the province. I hope that Sir Castañares would feel vindicated now since his fave sanctuary (kuting) now gains good reviews from the visitors.
I just hope that businessmen and investors from the province would do the same on their own properties/estates aside from investing their resources elsewhere.
