You are the ultra moron who grossly erred in assuming that we, the “whiners”, want to level up Southern Leyte’s economic status with Manila’s. In our lifetime, that will probably never happen. But we do have the right to complain about our elected officials when we continually see the escalating economic regression of our province that they are supposed to control from going under. If it’s true that you are not a Maasinhon, then you don’t really know what you’re talking about.
