MAASIN CITY – Southern Leyte Rep. Roger Mercado has urged the government to reopen the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) saying the mothballed power plant is safe.
He said the reopening of the BNPP will solve the current energy crisis the country is facing.
